Farmlands....

I drove through the farmlands of Indiana today.  It was 45* and hazy sunny.  Once you get away from the cities its easy to imagine yesteryear when driving the secondary roads. I am listening to "Undaunted Courage".  It's the story of Meriweather Lewis and his travels from Washington DC to Oregon state.  Great look at history and one of my favorite time periods.

In the early part of the day I drove through RV manufacturing country.  There are still a lot of closed buildings.  But the ones that are operating are thriving.

For a while in the city of Elkhart, I drove along the St Joe River which had an amazing amount of swans visiting.  I crossed the river several times and with the hazy sun and fog, gave the river a beautiful view....just no place to stop and take any pictures unfortunately.

It was a lovely day for a drive and oh yeah.  I WAS working too. Cold calls.....not my favorite, but I did find some great information for future sales!!
